Change-of-mind returns: 15 days from purchase, original packaging and proof of purchase required; $39 deducted per order, original delivery charges excluded, and buyer-paid tracked return postage to the originating warehouse. A 12.5% fee applies to eligible change-of-mind cancellations. These conditions do not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds are processed within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the returned item, subject to the return assessment; payment-provider processing can take longer.
